JL Facilities Management Sdn. Bhd. is incorporated on 13th April 1990 exclusively for the management of Strata Properties. currently managing 15,000 units of Strata Titles properties with quantifiable standards, and SOP implementing KPI principles.

We strive on transparency, processes, good cash flow management and excellent customer services at all times. We are committed to helping owners, JMB and Management Corporations in upgrading their level of services and enhancing the values of the property through a proven change management system.

  • 2010 was a great year as many upcoming and existing developers were focused on developing existing high-rise residential and commercial strata properties.

  • JL clients are used to quick response and up to date information. We have put in place our standard operating system for all our clients and up to now still handles the oldest strata property in Malaysia. Under our portfolio, we also manage the first strata bungalow project in Malaysia.

  • JL Facilities Management Sdn. Bhd. was set up to cater to premium properties. With the influx of many new strata properties with its higher expectations and better services allows JL Facilities Management the edge in serving our clients.

  • Prior to the formation of JL Facilities we operated under a company known as S-Profile Management Sdn. Bhd. When we first started, we took up all kinds of projects, but now we focus solely on prime high-end projects.

Managing Director

Jeffrey low is the Co-founder of the company, and has been with the property management industry for over 3 decades. Having previously served in senior managerial positions with Sunrise Berhad and Bolton Berhad, both property-based public listed companies.

Jeffrey’s understanding of the industry, management principles, and laws of the Strata Title Act 1985 and Strata Management Act 2013 has been fundamental in helping the company to provide clients with the best of its established management skills and expertise as well as its network of pre-qualified service providers.

Operations Director

TY has been in this field as long as Jeffrey since the early 1990s. He has also worked with Sunrise Berhad as its Property Maintenance Manager. Having a Civil Engineering background, TY was also with other reputable property-based companies and is now fully involved with JL Facilities Management as its Operations Director.

TY’s hands-on approach and good customer handling and dealing skills have ensured that the relationship with many of our clients is long-lasting. TY is known to be task-oriented and can be relied upon to complete tasks swiftly.
